The listing clearly states that the armor/plate panels are sold separately. This info can be easily found multiple times in the listing/description.

I ordered GRAY as shown in the sample picture, however the bag I received did not match what I expected, Though I don't usually give negative feedback to sellers, I did so because of this item and I'm not happy with it. SORRY.....

?? Both of your photos are of the exact same bag with patch location changed, both bags are identical. Not sure what your issue is with this order since you received exactly what was pictured. Listing & photos are correct in every way. so again, not sure what the issue is with this bag. Seems more like a random/odd complaint out of left field, based on the dozens of very satisfied customers of this exact same bag/color. Happy to accept a return if you choose, but we have yet to see that request.
