  Cleared payment, item never shipped and now I’m put in the position to ask to get refunded 11 days later? Common sense is required when selling. If an item is not being shipped then do not hold funds. Pretty simple. You just decided I hold no value as a person buying.

  The picture arrived damaged due to improper packaging. I sent pictures to the seller and I guess UPS was suppose to properly package and they dropped the ball. There was a break in the right hand side of the frame, and the left side mitered edges had come undone. The seller was very nice and said she was going to refund, but I haven’t received any notification of the refund for the purchase. Hope this will happen soon.
