The HP T620 PLUS had a lot of dust on the fan and internal components (even inside the PCIe). The CPU was over 55 degrees when the system was idle, due to the old thermal paste.
The pc is used, as written in the description, but I expected it to have been at least cleaned since the seller is a professional seller and not a private person.
However, the pc seems to work properly.
