This is the second item that I have purchased from this seller. Both items indicated that they had been shipped but during tracking it never shows up as delivered. Even says dining tracking. Not delivered. When you try to do the right thing and contact the seller, they just indicate that it has been shipped. I sent several emails without a response. I would have taken another card of similar style and value but they will not contact you back. Just be reasonable is all that I ask.
