Once in a while, the item might be out of stock and I must request a restock from Esthemax, thus causing a short delay. I don't have the problem with the product but my disappointment with the packaging. I recently purchased and just received it and found the packaging to be substandard, as it was easily broken and did not adequately protect the product inside. I would like to repurchase but i am concerned about the product breaking during transportation due to multiple transit points and a long shipping time. Pls. be informed accordingly and consider. 🙏🏼
