I buy and sell nerd stuff. Packaging materials used are mostly recyclables that have been previously cleaned(empty water bottles/scrap cardboard, etc), most of the time you can put everything but your item(and tape/label) straight in the recycle bin.

Not worth the cost. Maybe at 100-150, but definitely not 200+.

There's like three cards that you have a one in a hundred chance of finding in one of these boxes that might make it worth the price of admission. if you're comfortable taking that ridiculous gamble go for it.
