The team reached out to me and asked for pictures, and I received a replacement a few days later. I think such attention to customer service is exceptional. For those who buy it: I would recommend do not using a dishwasher to be on a safe side.

I know the parcels were heavy.He just delivered for me another package from Amazon, both in the same time.Awful delivery.The driver mishandled the parcels, just dropped them.In both packages were fragile products.Great shop, would recommend!
