Either way it wasn't the seller's fault. Customs may be the culprit. Anyway...it is a nice belt with everything on the center plate connected as its supposed to. Sometimes these winged eagle belts have the two arches separate which ruins the belt. My only complaint is the small box it was shipped in which caused the leather to be creased in odd sections from the multi-folding.
